Frisco Grief and Loss Therapists and Counseling
You’ve lost someone or some thing. Grief is a natural response.
“Erin Waldrop has changed my life. She helped me get through my husband’s passing, and she has taught me the skills to process my trauma. She’s extraordinarily easy to talk with. We mostly worked through things with conventional therapy, but with EDMR I had the biggest strides in how to process and then change behavior. This kind soul will change your life!”
“Dona Nguyen is the absolute best counselor you could ask for. Dona has the best tips and tricks for “getting out of your head” and finding a new perspective. I love how she’s more direct and doesn’t dance around issues. She explores them to help you figure out how to help yourself. She is phenomenal, and I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone.”
