Couples & Marriage Counseling in Southlake, TX
At Mosaic Way Counseling, we help partners talk more honestly. We help them fight less and connect more. Whether you’re preventing problems or working through a crisis, therapy gives you a neutral space to do it.
When Therapy Helps
Every relationship hits rough patches. Sometimes it’s constant arguments. Sometimes it’s two people in the same house who feel miles apart. Both are worth paying attention to.
You don’t need to be falling apart to benefit. Many couples come in when things are good because they want to keep them that way. Others come at a turning point.
Common reasons to start: arguments that repeat, emotional distance, trust issues after dishonesty, disagreements about parenting or money, a big life change, or thinking about separation.
Our Approach
Sessions run 50 minutes. Both partners come together. Your therapist guides the talk, not takes sides. The goal is for both of you to feel heard.
We work with married couples, engaged couples, and unmarried partners. We also help couples thinking about separation who want to make that choice with clarity.
Why Families Here Choose Us
Carroll ISD families, professionals along the 114 corridor, and residents of Timarron and Estes Park often feel pressure to project a perfect life. That pressure makes it harder to ask for help.
Mosaic Way was built to be the opposite of that pressure. Our office is private and comfortable. We keep caseloads small so your therapist can invest in your relationship.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does couples therapy actually work?
Research shows that couples who commit to the process see real improvement. The key is that both partners are willing to participate.
What if only one of us wants to come?
Individual therapy can still help you work on your part. We can also help you figure out how to bring your partner into the conversation.
How many sessions will we need?
Most couples start weekly. Many notice shifts in the first month. Total sessions depend on what you’re working through.
Is it confidential?
What you share stays in the room. Your therapist will explain confidentiality during the first session.
