Yes. Many high-achieving teens hide stress well. If your gut says something is off, a consultation is a low-pressure way to check in.
What will you tell me as a parent?
You’ll hear themes, progress, and ways to help at home. Day-to-day session talk stays private, unless there’s a safety risk, which we share right away.
