Kylie is especially passionate about supporting women and mothers navigating the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Whether clients are adjusting to new motherhood, processing a difficult birth or NICU experience, or managing the stress of caring for a medically complex child, Kylie provides a compassionate space where parents can slow down, feel understood, and receive the support they need.

With a background rooted in medical social work, community mental health, and school-based services, Kylie brings a deep understanding of how trauma, uncertainty, and major life transitions can shape a person’s emotional world. Because of her experience working in hospital and medical settings, Kylie has a particular heart for supporting mothers and parents navigating the NICU experience or raising medically complex children. She also enjoys working with individuals in helping professions, such as healthcare workers, educators, and caregivers, who often carry the emotional weight of supporting others while quietly managing their own stress and exhaustion. Kylie understands how isolating those roles can feel and works collaboratively with clients to help them process their experiences, rebuild resilience, and reconnect with themselves.

Kylie’s therapeutic style is often described as warm, holistic, and deeply attuned. She works with adolescents, adults, and families to help them better understand their emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. She helps young people develop a stronger sense of safety, connection, and emotional regulation while also supporting parents and caregivers as they learn new ways to understand and respond to their child’s needs. Kylie believes healing happens in safe, supportive relationships and brings a trauma-informed lens to every session, meeting clients with both clinical expertise and genuine compassion.

Outside of the counseling room, Kylie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs, Bentley, Dutch, and Bindi. She loves unwinding by walking her dogs, cooking dinner, reading, and practicing Pilates. Kylie is also an avid fan of college and NFL football and enjoys discovering new restaurants around the area. These moments of rest and connection help her stay grounded and present in the work she does with clients.
