Laurna Todd is passionate about walking alongside people who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges and want a safe, welcoming space to process their story. She understands how hard it can be to make sense of difficult experiences, especially when it feels hard to put emotions into words. With a therapeutic style often described as understanding, welcoming, and compassionate, Laurna helps clients feel seen and supported from the very beginning.

She blends approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and strengths-based practices to help clients gain clarity, heal from past hurts, and discover new ways of coping. Laurna especially enjoys helping people explore resilience building, guiding them as they move from feeling stuck to stepping into the life they want.

For parents seeking support for their children, Laurna is empathic to the difficulty of raising a child who struggles to express their emotions or cope with big feelings. Laurna brings specialized training in Adlerian Play Therapy, an approach that allows kids to process emotions, build resilience, and communicate their inner world through play. She is gifted in partnering with families to create a safe and encouraging environment where both children and parents feel supported in the healing process.
