About Kelsey Coyne
Kelsey works with children 5+, teens, young adults, and families. Kelsey is a believer in Christ, but delights in serving clients from all backgrounds and faiths. Kelsey enjoys utilizing her training in play therapy, expressive arts, solution-focused therapy, and neurodiversity affirming approaches in sessions. She cultivates a collaborative, warm, and creative space for clients to explore self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and family dynamics.
Kelsey’s ability to connect with each child on their level, help them feel safe and cared about, while fostering change is a high priority for her. Kelsey is an artistic, creative therapist. She is open to utilizing mediums that the client feels comfortable in order to maximize time and impact. Kelsey has mastered the art of working collaboratively with parents, putting them at ease, and helping them to feel supported. Kelsey holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and is currently receiving supervision from Meredith Ivey, LPC-S, RPT-S.
