About Dona

Dona isn’t a Texas native, but she got here as fast as she could! She moved to the United States from Croatia when she was a child, giving her an appreciation and understanding for different cultures and how this impacts mental health. She lived in the DFW until she headed to Baylor University where she met her future husband, Alan.

Dona is a mama to two beautiful girls that came after difficult pregnancies. Because of this lived experience, Dona has a special focus on working with infertility, loss, pregnancy and postpartum issues. She believes that this is a special time where moms and dads need extra encouragement and support.

Dona’s ideal client is one who is ready to pursue healing through vulnerability and a combined holistic effort. Dona has a heart for first generation Americans, as she is one herself, and women struggling with the weight of modern day motherhood—from TTC to loss to postpartum. Dona is trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems and uses these approaches, when available, to walk the path of healing alongside YOU!
