Ava is passionate about walking alongside others in their journey toward healing and self-discovery. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies in 2022.
Originally from an Aggie family, Ava now resides in Bryan with her husband, who serves as the youth minister at Restoration Church Bryan. With a strong background in ministry and community service, she is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and creating safe spaces for growth.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, yoga, and making sourdough, finding balance through creativity and mindfulness.

Professional Background
Ava is currently completing her graduate practicum and internship from Liberty
University at Mosaic Way Counseling in College Station as part of her journey to
becoming a professional counselor.
Her experience includes:
- Counseling & Client Support – Worked as a substitute receptionist at a counseling center, gaining firsthand experience in client interactions and confidentiality practices.
- Research & Academic Excellence – Served as a research assistant at Texas A&M, contributing to psychological studies while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
- Community & Leadership – Leads youth ministry programs, organizes events, and mentors young individuals in faith-based settings.
