Analisa brings a warm, down-to-earth presence to her work with teens, college students, and adults. She especially enjoys supporting women and moms who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion. Many of the clients she works with are trying to balance a lot: school, relationships, motherhood, or the pressure to “keep it all together,” and are looking for a space where they can finally slow down and sort through it.

As a wife and mom of two young girls, Analisa understands firsthand both the beauty and the challenges that come with family life. She has a special heart for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood, as well as moms who feel like they’ve lost a bit of themselves in the process of caring for everyone else. She works to create a space where women can feel supported, understood, and able to reconnect with who they are.

She also enjoys working with college students and teens who are navigating anxiety, identity, ADHD, and life transitions. Whether it’s feeling overwhelmed by expectations, struggling with focus and motivation, or trying to figure out who they are and where they’re headed, Analisa helps clients build confidence and develop tools that actually work for their day-to-day life.

Analisa’s therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. She believes therapy should feel like a safe place to be honest and real, while also helping clients move forward in meaningful ways. She works alongside her clients to better understand their thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, and feel more confident in how they navigate everyday life.

For clients who desire it, Analisa also integrates Christian faith into the counseling process in a way that aligns with their values, preferences, and goals. She approaches this with care and intentionality, allowing faith to be a source of strength and guidance when it is important to the client.

She understands that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. Analisa works to meet clients where they are, creating a space where they can show up as themselves without pressure to have everything figured out. Her hope is that each client leaves feeling more grounded, capable, and reminded that they are not alone.

Outside of the counseling room, Analisa enjoys reading (especially a good thriller), trying new recipes, and going for walks with her family. She also loves winding down with a podcast or show at the end of the day, often with a popsicle or ice cream in hand. These moments of slowing down, staying present, and finding joy in the everyday are things she values deeply and often encourages in her work with clients, especially those who feel overwhelmed or stretched thin.
