Haley believes no one is ever too far gone, too broken, or too stuck to experience meaningful change. Some of the greatest growth she’s witnessed, both personally and professionally, has come when people were simply given the space to be honest and feel supported. That’s the kind of counseling experience she hopes to create for every client who walks through her door.

Haley enjoys helping teens, young adults, and women navigate those moments with hope and practical support, believing meaningful change is always possible, even when it doesn’t feel that way. Whether someone is processing a painful experience, adjusting to a new season of life, or simply feeling stuck, Haley creates a space where clients can slow down, make sense of what they’re carrying, and begin moving forward one step at a time.

Having experienced the life-changing impact of counseling herself, Haley understands how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help. That perspective shapes the way she approaches every session, with empathy, authenticity, and the belief that therapy works best when clients feel genuinely known and accepted. She strives to create a relationship where clients feel comfortable asking questions and growing at a pace that feels right for them.

Haley’s counseling style is collaborative, encouraging, and practical. She believes therapy isn’t about having someone else provide all the answers, it’s about helping clients discover the strengths they already possess while learning new ways to navigate life’s challenges. Her hope is that every client leaves therapy feeling more confident, equipped, and hopeful than when they first began.

For clients who desire it, Haley also integrates Christian faith into the counseling process in a way that aligns with their values, preferences, and treatment goals. She believes faith can become a meaningful source of hope, healing, and direction while always honoring each client’s individual journey.

Outside of the counseling room, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, reading her Bible, working out, exploring local coffee shops, and finding the best Mexican restaurants. Summer trips to the mountains with her family and long walks with their Golden Retriever, George, are some of her favorite ways to recharge. Those moments remind her of the importance of slowing down, staying connected, and making room for joy, something she encourages her clients to do as they pursue healing and growth.

Professional Background

Haley earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University after receiving her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.
