About Bree High
Bree enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. She strives to provide a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore issues related to anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, depression, or any other life challenges. Bree specializes in play therapy, family therapy and CBT and has experience working with ages 4+, young adults, adults, couples, and families.
Bree holds a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at Tyler and is currently receiving supervision from Dr. Stacia Alexander, PH. D, LPC-S. Her experience covers a diverse range of issues and age groups, with a particular passion for young children, young adults, and couples & families. Bree values a collaborative approach in which she works with her clients to improve their mental health during their journey.
